**ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** We often hear the phrase “In life, there are no guarantees.” However, that’s not completely accurate. One thing that is inevitable in life is that there will be change. Sometimes it is subtle, small in comparison to the grand scheme of the things we are facing. At other times, change hits us with the force of a ton of bricks, stopping us in our tracks and negatively impacting our daily lives. It is at these times that our mental, emotional, and physical health becomes susceptible to life’s stressors and where we may suffer a decline in our quality of life. You don’t have to face these times alone. Although change is inevitable, there are ways to effectively minimize its impact on our daily lives. That’s where I come in. I will meet you wherever you are on your transitional journey and help you acquire the necessary skills to return to a state of overall wellness. We will work together to identify issues, reform thinking patterns, & make improvements. When our ability to think clearly decreases, so does our world. Life can seem darker and scarier. I provide clients with a supportive, & nonjudgmental space where we can explore and address life’s issues together, restoring light.
