I have been at this for a long time and I feel that people know what’s best and what they want for themselves, but they don’t know how to get there at times. They need help, support and confidence in themselves to get there. There are so many variables that get in the way including various forms of abuse, mental health issues, family problems and drug and alcohol problems. I love to help clients work through these issues and concerns to help them restore confidence in themselves and be able to trust their own decisions and look forward to their future. I love it when clients tell me, “I come from a dysfunctional family.” My response is always the same, “Show me a functional family!” The point is there aren’t any. Every family is dysfunctional, but there are various degrees of dysfunction. Let’s talk about the dysfunction in your life and how it has affected you the most.
