I believe that therapy can be life changing if you allow it to be. I strive to create a supportive environment, uniquely tailored to each individual client. I help remind clients about the strengths they may have forgotten about during difficult times, and use these strengths to assist with the change process. I have been told that my insight and ability to “dig deep” are especially helpful with the healing process of therapy. I utilize both processing and also psychoeducation on skills to promote healing and change. I am confident that my unique approach to therapy, combined with my skill set, can be a good match for you. My specialties include depression, mood disorders, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem, women’s issues, life stresses, and trauma. I also enjoy working with moms-to-be and new parents.
