In my practice I strive to help people access their best selves, lives, and potential. I assist you in navigating through your life. My goal is to spread the word that everyone will need an impartial confidant and that seeking help is normal. I would be honored to assist you on your journey of transformation. I have had many years of experience working with children/adolescents/ & young adults with ASD. I am certified in neurofeedback, comprehensive behavioral intervention for tics (CBIT), & have been trained in a variety of modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have also had training and experience working with suicide & abuse. I enjoy highlighting that seeking mental health is normal & helping all people find the right solution to their problems. This especially applies to children & teens.
