I am a graduate of both the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and Virginia Commonwealth University, with a master’s in social work. i am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the state of Virginia. I have been working with individuals and families for approximately 18 years. I have extensive post graduate training in grief and trauma and how it affects us spiritually, mentally and physically. It leads to patterns of behavior that in the beginning, help us survive. But now, anxiety, depression, anger and many other negative issues are stunting our emotional growth, destroying relationships and placing our lives on hold. What you can expect from me: A laid back atmosphere with someone who is easy to talk to and trained to guide you where you want to go.
