Thank you for considering me to help provide care and support to you through therapy! I have worked with a variety of clients, from families to children to addiction groups. I am currently growing my expertise in the eating disorder population as well. I aim to be a well-rounded counselor who is equipped to help any individual, no matter what they are dealing with. I am especially skilled at helping clients with trauma or PTSD by using EMDR. I strongly believe in the value of unconditional positive regard for my clients, and work to help my clients feel validated, respected, and cared for. I also believe that therapy can be an incredible catalyst for change, and that counseling can be an exciting adventure! Hope is an integral part of counseling, and I encourage the theme of hope throughout the therapeutic process.
