Are you struggling with day to day activities? I am here to help. Drawing from my experiences with families, individuals, couples and adolescents while working at a Family and Youth Center, an alternative school for teenagers with mental health issues; I have counseled individuals and families from diverse walks of life. Each client is a unique individual needing their own structured support, coping skills and therapy. I will listen and collaborate a treatment plan most effective for you, depending on the context of your life, as we hurdle one obstacle at a time. It is my passion to share this journey with you. My therapeutic approaches include however not limited to: Family Systems Therapy, ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), Anger Management, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Life Coaching, Mindfulness Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Narrative Therapy I offer a free 30 minute consultation. I created a space to work through challenges and achieve clarity to focus on your values. I will provide you with tools to work on after the first session.
