A lifelong student of the human personality, I presented my original research on behavioral inhibition at Oxford University. My work was published in Oxford’s professional journal, THE FORUM. My fascination with personality includes a keen interest in how people motivate. I view each person’s goals as a function of individual personality, lifespan stage and history.
