Therapist Overview
I have been working with children, youth, adults , and couples providing individual and family therapy for over 16 years in the states of California, Colorado and now in North Carolina. I have extensive experience in working with high risk clients with issues such as ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, abuse, mood disorder, grief and loss, anger management and the need for social skill building. I received my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary in San Diego and my undergraduate BA degree in psychology from California State University Northridge. I enjoy encouraging clients toward developing their strengths, healing and improving their self esteem and self awareness. I also enjoy developing a positive rapport with clients and their families understanding that each family has a story that is playing itself out and each story embodies that family’s hope. I look forward to meeting with you in person and encouraging you toward a happier, healthier life with positive outcomes.
