Therapist Overview
In therapy, I work with clients to find healing and peace for themselves and their relationships. My goal is to provide clients with a safe therapeutic space to be themselves, without fear of rejection or judgement. I work with young adults, adolescents, and children. I have received specialized postgraduate training to become a Registered Play Therapist and have also completed Level I and Level II Theraplay training, an attachment and regulation disorder therapy. These developmentally appropriate therapies are helpful in working with children and adolescents. I also specialize in working with college and millennial age women in addressing some of the unique difficulties that can cause anxiety and depression for these age groups including: meeting professional goals, assertiveness training, life and role transitions, and relationship and commitment difficulties.
