I enjoy working with individuals on skills to build healthy relationships, manage depression, chronic stress, and life transitions. I am licensed in Arkansas and Tennessee. I have treated children, adolescents, and adults within schools, the university setting, behavioral health hospitals, and community health settings. I am also a former educator and school counselor. Currently, I am in the process of pursuing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) certification. Admitting that it is time for a change is never easy.
