Do you or your child feel depressed, unmotivated to do anything you used to like doing; are you just not your usual self? Feeling badly about yourself and wish you didn’t have those feelings anymore? I thoroughly enjoy working with kids, adolescents, and the young adult population, and I have worked with them for all my professional life. With the use of evidence-based treatment approaches we will work collaboratively on building your self-esteem and helping you feel more secure, energized, driven, and in control. We will work together on gaining more confidence to face the life transitions you are going through, and you will be better equipped to handle stressful situations that may arise.
