I know that we are whole all the time. I know that we are essentially good. Yet, I know that every one of us is not always able to believe this. As an extremely relational person and nature loving being, I have come to realize that a human thrives through healthy relationships and time in nature. Both of those provide mirrors to the wholeness and the goodness of that human. I provide humanistic, relational therapy. I believe in empowerment and empathy as a foundation of healing. My practice is also set up to be able to integrate nature. I invite you to give me a call and give you an opportunity to start a conversation.
