Therapist Overview
I believe therapy should be a safe place where you can explore what you want for yourself, learn how to manage your past, and become the person you know you really are. Therapy can be an intimidating process to begin with, but with time and trust, we will work together to meet your goals. I use a variety of modalities to meet my clients’ needs. I have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and adults around anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. I have seven years of experience working in the domestic violence field. I have been trained in attachment theory, CBT, trauma-focused CBT, motivational interviewing, cognitive processing therapy, and couples therapy. If you are feeling anxious, lost, or alone in your feelings, therapy can help and I would be honored to assist you in that process.
