Therapist Overview
Wearing masks is exhausting – are you ready to find your authentic self? Struggling with boundaries, authenticity, or being assertive? Are you finding that you are unsure of who you are anymore, due to the “hard stuff” life has thrown at you? We wear masks when we don’t accept ourselves or feel others will either; believing we must play a certain part in order to be accepted. And acceptance is what we all want to feel. I believe the roots of things we have experienced in our lives, be them small traumas, big traumas, or any memorable moments in between – culminate who we become, how we act/react, and how we see ourselves. I am a down-to-Earth and straight forward therapist. I have the skills to meet clients where they are and am not afraid to wade in the muck with you. I like to work outside the box (figuratively & literally ) use EMDR, and build partnerships with my clients to aid in healing the emotional wounds of the past, to assist in moving forward for their future. Be kind to yourself, looking for help is the FIRST step in your journey; you should feel so PROUD! Let’s begin the walk of solving your issues together. Please visit my website for more. I offer a FREE 15-minute phone consultation. If you feel ready to talk and make sure I am the right fit for you, give me a call – I will call you back if a message is left.
