Therapist Overview

I believe that it is a privilege to hear the stories of my clients. I am a goal-oriented, solution-focused counselor who meets the client where they are at based on their needs and wants. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and career and academic concerns. I believe in somatic response work, and have experience teaching mindfulness and meditation. I have worked with both children and adults. I specialize with queer, transgender, gender non-conforming, and those on the sexuality and gender spectrum of the LGBTQIAA+ population, as well as allies. I believe in advocacy work for this population and those that are marginalized or underserved. I have worked in hospital, outpatient mental health, and college counseling settings.
