My person-centered approach focuses on creating a safe, genuine and accepting relationship with my clients in which they can explore and unblock the issues that are keeping them from moving forward in their life and relationships. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma, relational difficulties, and depression. I provide therapy services in English and Spanish.
