I love working with clients who are at this point, because I believe that this is where the magic really begins. Therapy can help to unlock pathways to change and can lead to incredible growth and newfound peace. I value working holistically, and I approach the work with a focus on relationships, mind-body connections, and spirituality. I especially consider the impact of traumas, ranging from assaults and accidents, to divorce, emotional abuse, neglect and beyond. I have experience working with clients who have endured a variety of traumas in their lives, and I have been inspired and privileged to help guide them in their healing journeys. I believe strongly that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of any work that we may undertake, and I strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance, warmth, and humor. I work with a variety of approaches to facilitate change, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, art therapy, and Reiki. I value creativity and flexibility, and make an effort to find an approach that fits the unique needs of each of my clients. It would be an honor to join you in that journey.
