I hope to work with you to address the stressors in your life — previous trauma, systemic barriers, your own unhelpful thoughts, and more. With a compassionate and nonjudgmental lens, I want to collaborate with you to provide the care that’s best suited for your goals. I provide telehealth counseling services throughout the week, with some weekend and evening availability.
Therapist Overview
I have a special interest in the treatment of ADHD, OCD, couples’ conflict, and more. With a trauma-informed approach, I hope to support you in navigating anxiety, grief, executive dysfunction, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and other stressors while recognizing the complexities of your barriers. I hope to empower you to work towards self-actualization as you build a more fulfilling life. My ideal client comes as they are and allows themselves to be vulnerable as we delve into how their past affects their present, and how their present can improve their future.
When we work together, we find a method that works for you. Whether it’s structured sessions with “homework,” talking freely, or incorporating mindfulness meditation, I firmly believe that you know best what will work for you. I’ll bring a compassionate and judgment-free approach to our sessions and support you through your growth.
