Therapist Overview

– Currently providing telehealth sessions in OH and PA – In a world where googling “relationship help” turns up over 1 billion results, let me help to cut through the noise and find advice that will work for you. I want to help people solve their problems and improve their relationships. I am happy to offer concrete and practical guidance, and I think it’s okay to laugh during therapy. I offer complimentary 20-minute consultations to answer any of your questions about starting therapy. Talking about problems makes them smaller, not bigger. Speaking with someone other than your friends or family gives you a new, unbiased perspective. And while the question “How does that make you feel?” has its place, I promise that’s not the only feedback you’ll get from me. Relationship issues and mood disorders are my main specialties. If you… don’t feel like yourself anymore… struggle to connect with those you care about most… feel like your mind is spinning but your life is stuck… struggle
