Welcome! You are taking the first step toward a better you! I am an experienced psychotherapist, currently taking on new clients at my office in North Bethesda (just teletherapy for now). Also note that I will soon be opening up another office in Baltimore and accepting local clients for teletherapy. I strive to help my clients develop hope and deep insight using an eclectic approach–borrowing from psychodynamic, CBT, ACT, and person-centered therapy. My ideal client is eager to work on themselves and improve their lives, yet may feel a bit lost as to where to even begin. And that’s where I come in! I can help with life transitions, relationship issues, family-of-origin issues, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma processing. I have a lot of experience working with college students and post-grads, but love working with teenagers and adults of any age. I offer a non-judgmental atmosphere that facilitates growth and healing. You may be feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or hopeless, but just know–you don’t have do this all on your own. I will act as a guide to help steer you towards the life you want and deserve, rather than the life you have been told you should want.
