I have been a therapist for 29 years and bring a breadth of experience to the treatment process. Therapy is an exciting, albeit challenging opportunity. It provides a springboard into a positive and meaningful future. In a warm, comfortable environment, we team together to solve current and/or long standing challenges. Having overcome an eating disorder 30 years ago, they are a specialty – though only a fraction of my practice. Without question, we all have the capacity to change our lives!! The secret: just never give up! :) In addition to resolving treatment goals, my clients leave therapy with a “tool box” of skills that will help them for their future, including: being in touch with themselves; clear self expression; the power of connectedness with others; self care while caring for others….
