I believe that the ability to grow and change lies within us all. My goal is to provide a supportive environment so that my clients can explore and discover their inner strengths. I enjoy helping individuals navigate through the obstacles and difficulties they are facing. I strive to assist clients in developing the skills necessary for self-empowerment, and improvement of the overall quality of their lives. I use an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities to achieve this with the individuals that I work with. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
