Practicing for over twenty-five years in different settings, with people from ages 9-90. and being bilingual (English/Spanish) have given me many opportunities. Life does not discriminate and we are each given wonderful experiences as well as some difficult challenges. Whether you are having difficulties with relationships, jobs, physical health, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, family, or your own major life transition, you do not have to go through it alone. You may feel stuck now, but once you see the problem(s) from different angles you will also have the ability to cope and arrive to a place of clarity and resolution.
