My professional journey started with a focus on helping children and teens process grief, teaching me the profound value of sensitivity and creativity in healing. My innovative approach to therapy was recognized in the Journal of Creativity in Mental Health, showcasing my dedication to cutting-edge care.

Beyond my role as a therapist, I’ve mentored, supervised and taught budding counseling professionals at Stetson University, enriching their skills and introducing the real life elements of therapy. My diverse background includes crisis stabilization, residential substance abuse, incarceration, higher education and more. All of my experiences have led to strengthening my empathy and understanding of others.

I am committed to lifelong education, continually enhancing my expertise through specialized trainings and certifications.
