I see clients with needs involving emotional and mental pain that come from a variety of different pathways, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and trauma. I look to provide the client with evidenced based practices and interventions to allow the client, caregiver, and I to collaborate and determine the best pathway to growth. I see clients ranging in ages, from 3 to adulthood, and I work with relational problems, including families, divorce, blending families, and couples. I start with a Client Centered approach and integrate modalities as necessary to best serve my clients. I am currently an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) and am actively participating in supervision to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Registered Play Therapist (RPT), and Synergetic Play Therapist (SPT). Harbor Counseling Services is a warm, caring environment that allows a safe space for clients, no matter the age or group, to feel welcome to begin their journey of healing, while being met with unconditional positive regard that can only be found in a professional, counseling relationship.
