I work with a wide variety of people on an array of issues. For those who have never talked to a therapist or counselor before, I strive to help them feel comfortable and unconditionally accepted in this important encounter. Many have already had some therapy in the past, and I enjoy enhancing their experience through new and dynamic interventions, building on the individual’s own strength and knowledge. Together we will identify changes that you want to make and discuss the best interventions to enhance these changes. I am an experienced therapist who can help facilitate insight, awareness, and skill building. I use evidenced based practices in a relaxed private clinical practice. I work with a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioners and another licensed therapist to provide comprehensive emotional and behavioral health services. We work in a small office committed to providing quality mental health services. Everyone needs help at times. Therapy is one form of help that can be effective in treating many situational and emotional issues. Past trauma, relational problems, depression, addiction, stress, and anxiety disorders are among many mental health conditions that I treat. If you are hesitant, I encourage you to give it a try!
