I specialize in helping people recover from the effects of trauma, anxiety and depression. I also specialize in relationship issues. Adults and adolescents are welcome. Are you tired of talking about your problems, or do you find that talking only helps temporarily? I use an intervention called Brainspotting that actually helps to clear emotional trauma, not just understand it or just manage the symptoms. I work with you to get RESULTS!
