No one lives life without going through something that makes them question whether they can work through it on their own. I have personally experienced a few of these trials, creating a passion for helping others in theirs. My passion is in helping others see their resiliency, and providing the space for them to grow in awareness, and create the building blocks to move out of survival into thriving. My specialty areas include substance use and/or dependency, transitions in life, anxiety, mood disorders, interpersonal relationships, and others listed here in my profile.
