If you’re seeking counseling, it’s important to find a counselor who is a good fit for you both personally and professionally. Mona understands this and is happy to answer any questions you may have over the phone before your initial consultation, free of charge. This will help you get a sense of her counseling style and whether or not it’s a good match for you.
Insurance
Reduced fees are available through Mona’s underinsured program if cost is a concern. When you use insurance to pay for healthcare, your insurance company needs to know certain information about your diagnosis and personal details. To ensure your privacy and maintain confidentiality, your demographic information is only used to file claims and will be kept confidential in our highly secured client portal. Mona files claims directly with insurance companies. If you are out of network, Mona will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
