My passion is working with clients who desire to experience not only a reduction in distressing symptoms, but also a deeper level of self-awareness, personal growth, and authenticity. I have a Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family therapy from John Brown University. I enjoy working with clients on anxiety, depression, anger, loss or trauma, relationship issues, stress, transitions, and other areas of growth. I am also passionate about working with women facing infertility, helping them navigate through the emotional and relational challenges this can bring. I love to work with survivors of trauma. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a type of therapy designed to lessen distress related to traumatic events or disturbing memories. This can be helpful for survivors of abuse or neglect, bullying, traumatic losses, unstable childhoods, or any other loss of safety and security.
