Therapist Overview
For many people, faith is an integral part of their sense of wholeness. For clients who feel that way, I integrate faith into the experience of psychotherapy. Frequent issues that clients bring into counseling include relationships, depression, anxiety, life transitions, illness, and grief. But regardless the struggle, the integration of scientifically evidence-based practices alongside faith belief systems offer a holistic approach to therapy that many clients appreciate. Clients always have the option to exclude faith from their counseling experience. Working with couples, women and adolescents is something that brings me great joy and satisfaction. Nothing is better than walking with a client as they achieve their goals. Marriage therapy is one of my passions. Life is hard. Nobody escapes unscathed, for sure. If you are struggling to cope, I would be honored to be the one you choose to walk with toward hope and healing
