Therapist Overview

I am a clinical social worker and therapist licensed in the state of Washington. In my practice, I see children, adolescents and adults of all ages who may be experiencing difficulties within themselves or in their relationships with others or may be seeking a journey or self-growth and change. My style is based on the belief that in order to best assist my clients in reaching their goals during the psychotherapeutic process, I need to know when to listen attentively, when to offer practical advice and when to bring attention to deeper internal conflicts that may cause suffering. My ultimate goal is to help my clients achieve symptoms-relief, develop self-awareness, and self acceptance, experience a sense of empowerment, wholeness and connection, and develop the ability to having fulfilling lives and rewarding relationships.
