I believe the therapy process is most effective when grounded in a trusting, supportive, and engaging therapeutic relationship. With an integrative, strengths-based approach, I employ a variety of techniques to guide you through the process of creating meaningful, sustainable change. Special interests include the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues and family conflict, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma counseling, stress management, self-esteem, and women’s health issues including pregnancy and infant loss, and the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
