Therapist Overview
From an early age I have had a passion for people that has driven me to engage people in the world they live in. I have a deep desire to help others find hope and healing as they deal with the struggles of life. Throughout my life I have pursued numerous ways to engage people in developing hope and healing, and it is through counseling that I have found that I can help others navigate the complexities of trauma, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, faith and spirituality issues, identity issues, men’s issues, and to manage life’s hurts that lead to habits and hangups. My focus of study in school was Marriage and Family therapy. I work with couples, and individuals of most ages. My training is from Northwest Nazarene University and Fuller Seminary. I am a certified hypnotherapist and offer a variety of forms of hypnosis to help overcome issues. I am EMDR trained, DBT Certified, and use a person centered approach. I am excited to help people find the healing and hope that they desire in their lives. Sadly, we often feel we are walking the world alone, I would love to join in your journey as you move toward growth and progress. I would love the opportunity to help you navigate the complexities of life and the issues that you have encountered.
