Having overcome tremendous adversity in my own life, I recognize the importance of helping others navigate and overcome theirs, especially during such an uncertain time. I am both a provider and a client of therapy, which allows me to better understand the individuals I work with. In our daily lives, it can often feel like we are being pulled in a million different directions. I want therapy to provide a space where you can be completely and authentically yourself, without judgment, expectations, or pressure. I truly love helping people create change in their own lives and feel lucky to have the front row seat when they do. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology from UC Boulder. I have spent extensive time working with children, adolescents, and adults in hospitals, schools, and private practice, specializing in depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and trauma.
