My goal is to help you achieve growth and empowerment by addressing the ways in which current and past experiences have influenced your self-perceptions, emotions, relationships, and outlook. Increasing self-understanding, along with exploration of internal conflicts and strengths, can lead to improved mood, and can help you make informed decisions about how to best tackle your problems. I also incorporate mindfulness-based interventions, which help address symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as incorporate process-experiential techniques. I strive to foster a meaningful experience for clients, beginning with the cultivation of an honest, trusting, non-judgmental alliance, which enables clients to freely discuss the full range of their fears, hopes, and goals.
