Therapist Overview

I hope that when I work with people, what stands out is the honesty, creativity and hopefulness that I bring to the therapeutic relationship. What you are struggling with is undoubtedly confusing and complex and challenging. As a therapist, I know that it is my responsibility to stand with you, no matter what comes up. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of clinical experience helping people with trauma, anxiety, depression, and concerns relating to immigration, parenting, academic difficulties, loss, adoption and foster care. I use primarily strengths-based, client-centered, psychodynamic, trauma-informed and humanistic approaches. English is my native language; however, I am also fluent in Spanish and have experience providing therapy in both languages. Please reach out to me. I will make time for your questions and I will help you decide if I can be helpful to you or someone who is important to you. Thank you.
