I worked in business for 20 years until I finally decided I needed more meaningful work. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working mostly with men (mid 30’s to mid 40’s) and couples. I use evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, EFT) from peer-reviewed research. My clients and colleagues have described me as an honest straight shooter. As a husband I understand the fear of not being good enough or being alone. As a father I understand the responsibilities and demands that we place on ourselves. As a professional I understand the pressure and stress of financial responsibility. I live and work in Willow Glen because I appreciate the community of people looking out for each other.
