My specialties are working with individuals, couples and families dealing with daily stressors that life presents with issues of addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and abuse. I was fortunate to work as a Psychiatric Social Worker, Case Manager and Therapist which has enhanced my knowledge of the stigma of mental illness which we experience at sometime in our lives.
