Therapist Overview

“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone.” — Fred Rogers. Being human is a difficult thing. As a fellow traveler, I know how painful anxiety and depression can feel. I help children and young adults move through difficult phases of life with confidence and courage, so that they are better equipped to handle life on life’s terms. Working as a witness and a guide, I can help you heal what holds you back.  I work with children and adults struggling with self esteem issues, ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief, and those facing other challenges. I’m especially passionate about helping young people navigate loss. Finding the right fit is important, so I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation.
