My approach is integrative, in that I use various tools and therapeutic techniques to help you to discover and build upon your unique strengths. I provide a safe and caring environment in which you feel truly accepted and supported. My work is enriched by advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, certification in child/teen mindfulness & yoga, and over 5 years of a daily meditation practice.
