Sometimes feelings are overwhelming without a reason. Reaching out for help seems like one more thing. It sometimes feels like you are shattered into a billion pieces. I get it, we’ve all been there. I work mostly with teens, having been a troubled and angry depressed teen myself. I have seen people take the broken pieces of their lives and create beauty. I can walk with you on that journey to healing. I provide a comfortable safe environment as we work through things like overwhelming thoughts and feelings, nightmares, and overreacting. My specialties include working with adolescents using EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT to help with trauma, no matter how big or how small. I am committed to helping you feel heard, validated, and provide a safe, judgement free place. I love helping people see themselves for the unique, amazing people they may have forgotten they are.
