Therapist Overview

If you or your teen are struggling as a result of past trauma, difficult life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, or an abundance of educational/social stressors; you don’t have to navigate it alone! With an empathetic ear and an accepting heart, we can unlock the connection, growth, and healing you long for — for you OR your child. Adolescence is HARD for parents and teens. Do you feel disconnected from your child? Are they struggling with acute anxiety or depression? Do you feel like you’ve tried everything? I can help. I enjoy working with teens and young adults to navigate a growing independence in the face of challenges with family, peers, romantic relationships, and educational/career pressures. I work collaboratively with parents in order to maximize the benefits of therapy beyond the session by improving communication and strengthening the parent-child relationship. It’s an honor to facilitate the process of finding your authentic self, a sense of purpose, and belonging.
