Welcome and congratulations on prioritizing your mental health. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia as well as a qualified supervisor for interns. My goal is to help you reach the best version of yourself addressing mental health concerns and issues that may prevent your progress in life. I enjoy working with children with behavioral issues, ADHD, ADD, school stressors, and oppositional defiance disorder. When working with adults, my specialties consist of anxiety/depression, mood disorders and substance abuse.
