Therapist Overview
**Currently accepting new child/adolescent clients** “Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying ‘I will try again tomorrow.’” (Mary Anne Rachmacher). It takes tremendous courage to seek counseling and share your story with another person. I value the opportunity to listen to, and explore, the experiences that make you who you are and help you find hope and healing through the process. I specialize in working with children (10+) and adolescents who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, and social skill challenges. I also specialize in working with individuals who have been impacted by domestic violence. I believe that therapy is meant to be a space that provides individuals with the capacity grow and heal. My approach is engaged, compassionate and empathetic. I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative and encouraging and provide support that is tailored to each client’s specific needs.
