To experience pain and feel lost at times is to be human. You are not alone in this. Life has a way of knocking all of us off course at one time or another. This often creates anxiety and depression. There are just some things that we were not taught how to deal with when we were kids in school. This is where I feel counseling comes in. After all, how can you possibly expect yourself to know how to do something that you have never experienced or learned before? There is hope though. We all have the innate ability to grow and heal. It would be my privilege to help you on this part of your life’s path. I have a mind, body, and spirit approach. These areas are meant to be in balance, working together toward overall wellness. My role is to help you explore, feel, and tune in to what you are struggling with. I will offer useful tools and techniques to bring you back into connection w/ your “self”, increase self-awareness, and gain hope for the future. It takes courage and strength to reach out for counseling. Be kind to yourself and give yourself permission not to have to suffer in silence.
