Therapist Overview
I am passionate about supporting people to reach their highest potential, through transforming challenge and pain into healing, strength, and empowerment. As a therapist, my work is to support my clients to identify these barriers to their personal happiness, heal from that which is holding them back, and begin to actively live the life they strive for. I work with both children, adolescents, and adults. This includes people experiencing trauma, depression, stress, anxiety, divorcing families, behavioral challenges, family conflict, relationship issues, domestic violence, isolation, performance anxiety, grief, and ADHD. I use evidence-based and evidence-supported practices, including: EMDR, Synergetic Play Therapy, Horticultural Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Nature-Based Therapy, and Mind-Body Connection Interventions. These therapies are designed to help the individual heal both in mind and body, accessing nervous system regulation and emotional regulation. Part of being human is encountering challenges. I am driven to support my clients with understanding and dedication while they work to reach their greatest potential. Whether you are seeking help for your child, yourself, or your family, I welcome the opportunity to speak with you further about ways in which I may be able to support you.
