I am dedicated to enhancing the health, development, and positive functioning of children, adolescents, and young adults. I also support pregnant & postpartum mothers. My goal is to provide informed, strengths-based, research supported, and compassionate treatment. I work with families to improve wellbeing and positive functioning of children by promoting strong parent-child relationships and better management of stress, anxiety, behavior, and emotions. The goal is to identify challenges and obstacles to optimal functioning, build skills, teach effective coping strategies, and increase knowledge and full engagement in daily life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy. I have advanced training as early childhood pediatric psychologist, and work with ages birth-19 years.
