I am an action-oriented therapist who believes therapy should not end as soon as you leave the office. I will often give techniques to practice or topics for further reflection. I have many areas of professional interest that I have received training and education including mindfulness, positive psychology, women’s health, holistic health and I have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training.
